Reinstalling nvidia geforce did not work (including multiple PC restarts). I turned VSYNC in the NVIDIA control panel to adaptive (instead of On) and I now get 60 FPS. My rig should have no problem maxing FO4, so I looked into it and apparently VSYNC was the culprit. It appears my OW video settings remains the same when I login with another bnet account. Hey everyone, I was getting big FPS drops (into 30-40s) with a lot of settings turned down. If I log back into my bnet account and play OW, shadowplay works perfectly fine. What is interesting is that if I login to my friend’s bnet account on MY computer, MY shadowplay starts to turn off instantly in the exact manner as my friend’s on their computer.
On my PC, my shadowplay and overwatch works and can save highlights.
